Vinland Saga Ep 17

Man I didn't like Garder but even the end of this episode hit me in the feels . Showing him back to his now dead son saying welcome
home god damn. Kind of expected Thorfinn to not win against Snake given Snake is a monster and Thorfinn despite the impressive performance, it still was his first time focused in combat for god knows how long.

Next episode should prob be the final arc of this season judging by the pv. Can't wait

Well….

I really hope you enjoyed season 1


Vinland Saga is like being in a relationship with the woman you settled with

Season 1 she was smaller, cooked for you, gave you everything you wanted and more

Season 2 she let herself go a little & gained some weight, don’t clean the house no more, nags a bit more, no longer does that thing you used to like….

But you still feel you have to love her as you hope she’ll change and go back ti the woman you fell for

if this bih dont tighten up bit, she getting tossed in the bushes for some more violence

Its actually kinda weird. I think Witch From Mercury is the best Gundam at being subtle Everyone can accept its an above average Gundam show, easily, but its just kinda wild at how they layer up a lot of stuff. Most runs won't ever have you looking backwards to see if clues were there to certain stuff.

Its not some GiTS/Psycho-Pass shyt, but its still a refreshing new effort for the franchise.

If they gave it another coat of mecha paint and renamed it, it would be better as weird as that sounds.

The Gundam tag gives it a lot of expectations that it honestly doesn't really meet. It's a great show, but I feel I'd enjoy it more if it was named something else and didn't have that tag

Weird enough I got a higher sense of urgency and threat from the entertainment district arc and from Gyutaro (upper rank 6) than I'm getting from upper rank 4 and 5 and the swordsmith village arc

similarly Tengen was that nikka - whereas Mitsuri and Muichiro have not given me that "hashira" vibe just yet (I've seen flashes from Muichiro)

I'm assuming that things will pick up from here. Anyway, demon slayer continues to be very entertaining

Watching The Angel lead Amane around is pretty funny. She's practically begging him to make a move on her and he still playing dumb.

Skip to Loafer is this season's Tomo-Chan is a Girl. Came in with minimal expectations and left completely blown away. The thing they both have in common is the spot on character development of the side characters. Skip to Loafer is better than Tomo-chan though. Without a doubt straight to the manga when this one ends.

Just started watching Kill la Kill. This shyt is pure fukkery!

Man, episode 12 of Vinland S2 was crazy!!

Everyone knows that when the master said he was gonna free Thorfinn and his breh, some crazy shyt was bout to happen.

It was hilarious when the son couldn’t cut the pig.


But we know with a show like this some crazy shyt is gonna happen after something as funny as that.

Then his breh was killin everyone shyt was crazy. This season ain’t boring at all.

Then they all got tricked by the prince/king and now they on the run with Thorfinn’s breh from back home. I hope they don’t do no bullshyt to him, he seems like a really good dude.

The weak prince turned king is now the villain of the story.

Now back at the farm, we get a new villain with the most anime villain intro ever.

Thorfinn gotta get back on his ruthless shyt with help from his breh and they gotta stop both of them.

I’m excited af, but I gotta watch this dubbed because I'm so used to it, Hopefully it gets done soon.

Vinland Saga lives up to the hype and was a very great watch.

Started The Eminence Shadow. Thought buddy was going to be some type of Daredevil/Batman vigilante with crowbars but then it's revealed that he has a harem of elf girls

Honestly this was the best OnK episode they adapted so far. (Granted the last third of ep 1 is right up there as well.) It did a phenomenal showcasing Aqua's talents. Where he is a prick that will do what he needs to achieve his goals and he basically admitted that in the previous episode. As usual we getting the 3 chapters getting adapted 1:1.

Also that part with Yoriko Kichijouji (Author of Sweet Today in the show) was phenomenial. Showcasing how so many series get adaptation and they know it is gonna end up like crap. But are still grateful for it getting adapted. This aspect is the strength of this series's writing from its author Aka Akasaka. And from what I understand part of the main reason for writing this series.

Beyond rest of the episode is basically a transition for the final 2 arcs for the twins that will be adapted Dating Reality Show and First Concert.

I get that they're the antagonist/villain but I can't stand characters like Satsuki Kiryuuin. She's like a combination of Jiren/Zamasu.
