i was thinking it would be a matter of who touches who first, and that Olivia has the speed adv to get the first strike. Then unlike Scar, Biscuit doesn't need to be as precise where he strikes him. Unless I forgot how his abilities works and that Scar can kill you by touching anywhere not just the head.
