I've been reading about Toshirama (editor for a lot of shonen jump manga) and this guy been GOING IN

• he turned down one piece when it was being pitched to jump. Others on the team basically had to give it the greenlight against him. He thought Luffy being able to stretch his body was corny. Oda said if OP turns out to be a success he has to hold that L and years later he finally said fine
• In 1996 he ethered Kubo (BLEACH creator) saying his manga is terrible and he needs to watch Fist of the North Star and Dragonball to get better
• This whole interview he did with Muira (berserk) FEATURE: "Berserk" Discussion Explores Kentarō Miura's Roots This gives a good look into how both of them think. Toshirama said he would never let vol 13 (the eclipse) happen. He saw it coming after griffith got with the princess and he thought the writing was outta control. When being #LiterateGang backfires

shyt really only pops off like once every 15 chapters in My Hero. Legit just flashbacks or characters talking to themselves.

No good revelations, and we keep having a lot of panels dedicated to characters who haven't had development in like 50+ chapters but I'm supposed to care for them.

shyt has actually made me not want to watch new My Hero. The series has peaked imo w/ the last Endeavor fight.

I think this shyt peaked with All Might vs All for One the more time goes on....

akudama drive is the one. so few anime do cyberpunk well, if at all, that this is really standing out to me as being great.

I usually like to take screens and gifs of scenes worth saving, but it feels like the entire anime is gif/screen worthy b/c there's so much to observe and the aesthetic is so cool. i mean look at this

Why isn't this on Crunchyroll?

I'm 90% of the way through Noblesse E1. And by the buddha, . I had to check twice to make sure I didn't skip over 2 episodes. Why in the hell did they start there?! They started Season 1 (anime) by skipping good 1st half of Season 1 (webtoon).

I don't even want them touching Gosu if this is gonna be the trend. This is nasty. And sad.

Already 5.5/10.

"1st episode" is Noblesse: Awakening. Then watch Noblesse.

Update: Anime is a 6/10 now. Still disappointing.
