Baccano: This shyt was overrated as hell
Gankutsou: Dope as hell for most part...but the ending is incredibly gay and garbage.
Hellsing OVA: godlike, no complaints

Just caught up with Chihayafuru. probably will end up in my top 20 animes.
Watching Glass Mask and its pretty good.

warning both of these shows have female protagonist and slight romance in them. Chihayafuru is about a group of friends that strive to be the best at a Japanese card game and Glass Mask is about a poor chick that takes up acting and becomes a beast at it and her rivalry with the daughter of a rich actress who was born and raised into the craft.

Zetsuen no Tempest is a total mind fukk

this chick sent out that doll then sat on that island and died and in the future they find the doll and talk to her using it through time then they have her bones and she transfer her flesh, blood, and guts through time and binds them to her skeleton and leaves her current skeleton in the past so they can find it so she can have something to transfer herself onto.

TheFryingDutchman posted a bunch of good ones. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Berserk are some manly ass anime/cartoons breh, none of that emotional girly bullshyt. Fate Zero falls into that category too but its got a bit more philosophy. Gungrave as well, main character is a super simp but the story is piff.

Anything rated above a 7 on Anidb is good shyt. you can see the category on the pages. My recommendations are probably too out there for you cause i'll watch mostly anything highly rated as long as its not a reverse harem or based on some shyt like Pokemon, Digimon, or a card game.
