Doing my one piece re watch and just got done with the Luffy vs Yussop fight. Damn near was in tears

I stopped watching ages ago.

I remember feeling disinterested until the alabastra arc.

but THIS moment made me realize how emotionally invested I was in the characters. Before that, I SWORE I didn't care one way or the other.

Arlongs Arc is what reeled me in but Water 7 and Enis Lobbie has got to be one of the greatest anime Arcs ever put to films.It's a shame Toei started dragging the fukk out the anime pace post time Skip, if only they would just go on 6 month hiatus to let the manga breathe like MHA
