yeah, that comparison is way off.
What JoJo does have is a large female fanbase relative to non Josei/Shoujos, and they're vocal about it on social media. Not dissimilar to Kuroko and how a lot of girls watch that, or any other shounen that is accessible to both sexes.

Yeah it's Deadman Wonderland like @LauderdaleBoss said. One of the most tragically short anime in the game, if you get a chance definitely watch it. Absolute quality.

great thing about this op is how it shows the personal battles all the characters are fighting.in different terrains across the country. Everyone is working towards the same goal and they need each other to pull through to win out. After episode 39 is when FMAB turns into something special. before then is like a long primer for the final stretch.
