Anybody got any suggestions for anime that are similar in tone to Cowboy Bebop?

Yes i’ve already seen Samurai Champloo.


I’m looking for something with a dope story, cool/complex characters, and not something that runs over 50 episodes.

Bleach got a lot of shyt wrong. But if nothing else, you could sit down and not know what the fukk is going and still be entertained watching it.

Naruto is the exact opposite. The more you understand, the dumber it gets.

There's Outlaw Star, Trigun, Baccano and Psycho Pass if you squint hard enough. nothing really compares that well to Bebop though.

Some other anime with the same staff as Bebop are Space Dandy and Macross Plus (same music composer too). Worth looking into.
