That's basically Major in a nutshell, but atleast it pays off by grounding it in more and more realism as the seasons go on.

Just caught up on kaguya..
thought Shirogane would finally give in, and more or less end the show. Last season was littered with a lot of kaguya wins, but my boy Shirogane got this season on lock
On a secondary note, I just can’t get myself to start the monogatari series. There is just soooo much content. It’s almost as bad as the rail gun series with the sheer amount of episodes. But I hear it’s good. Animation quality looks 1st class, but that time commitment
Yeah I really enjoy Kaguya, fun show. It's one of the reasons I've given different genres more chance too, I usually just stuck with mainstream/popular action series..
I was recommended the monogatari series too, heard great things about it, but honestly I had to drop it early because the pedo vibes were too much and just uncomfortable. Heard there were worse scenes later so that's a no go for me.

I'm not well verse in gundam history, but that has to be the most scumbag thing in gundam what mcgillis did to that family

(Gundam Wing is still the GOAT though) Season 1 was kinda better though from a story standpoint. The last 10 episodes were depressing as fukk 
I kinda understand Mcgillis's reasons seeing now what he went through as a child
But he did some fukked up bullshyt so he deserved what he got for doing that fukkery to Gaelio & Carta. Plus this show doesn't really have a good guy/bad guy situation since nearly everyone has caught a body and have done questionable things
Naze & AmidaThe way Lafter got shot up fukked me up the most and Hush could've survived
But when that stubborn fakkit Iok finally got merked by Akihiro with them giant Kill La Kill scissors
I also take solace that Julieta didn't actually kill Mikazuki since he was pretty much dead from tanking them shots from the Dansleid and he overused his Gundam again but he made the mistake of not finishing her off in space since he got distracted.
The way Mika and Orga went out was fine with me, since they went out with no regrets...expect that Mika had two chicks on the side...Naze dapping him up in the harem afterlife
And Ride is about to cause some fukkery now on some Red Hood shyt.
These openings were fire as well.

I'm glad they run pretty much all animes seasonal now. People will never know the pain of 100 straight filler episodes, the bounts arc or Dragon Ball GT.
