ye but dr stone seems more up my alley since i love that naruto/hunter x hunter/black clover/DBZ shounen

ima watch all eventually tho
Dr Stone is not a traditional Shounen like the shows you mention though. It's basically a guy solving everything through science in a futuristic stone age.

Fire Force is the most traditional Shounen of the three you mentioned with the protagonist learning new moves, expansion of team members and different usage of abilities in fights.

It's pretty good! The same created has another anime called Mawaru Penguindrum..you should check it out.

Have you watched Rose of Versailles? That's a 80s shojou anime that was too great. Idk man they don't make animes like that anymore.

Nah never watched Rose of Versailles, I'm not much of a shoujo fan, though there was a manga from Clamp that didn't have that homo shyt that I liked i forgot the name of the manga though. I'll check out Mawaru

Attack on Titan was definitely worth the hype.

What are some traditional Shounen's worth checking out?

Let him watch Fullmetal Alchemist.[/QUOTE]
Just like Attack on Titan I started but never finished.

I'll jump back on it this weekend.

Sidenote:
Are there people who actually prefer dubs? :mjtf:

DBZ and YuYu Hakusho are the only animes I can watch dubbed and that's because of nostalgia.

I’ve changed my stance on subs vs dubs, I prefer dubs now because I’m able to workout and do other things will watching it.

Only Dubs I can stand are Ghost in the Shell and Eden of the East. Everything else the voice acting seems so shytty to me. Someone I know was watching a dub the other day and it's been a while since I'd heard one - it was just so cringey

If you wanna watch the GOAT.....Ippo

if not, try Kenichi Mightiest Disciple which is damn good.

Golden Kamuy is more recent and good as fukk too.
