So i'm watching Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans.

First ever Gundam series for me. This is pretty good and pretty brutal.

Might check into other Gundam series after this. Which ones should I watch?
Seed and Seed Destiny if you like the emotionally engaging style of IBO.

Wing and 00 are both enjoyable and closer to each other.

To me Unicorn is the best Gundam series though.

Vinland was the shyt after jojo I stuck just to watching vinland. The ending again proves how life ain't fair you can have many Hope's but shyt won't go as you want because circumstances may change, Thorfinn didn't anticipate that Askeladd would die, due to thorfinn being a child that only knows how to fight he pictured that askeladd would be alive forever waiting for him to kill the latter:laff: askeladd did a brilliant job grooming, briefly lecturing him about how things work in life and keeping the kid on the leash. It's clear that Thorfinn had mix feelings for askeladd he definitely had some sort of attachment maybe it's Stockholm syndrome and obviously he has hate due to the fact that he indirectly killed thorfinn's father causing the kid to be on a revenge mission being away from family and his environment for years plus this painful misson included the multitude of failed one and one bouts and then him not getting his get back.....damn that hurts.

Askeladd is a fukking beast he was gonna kill Floki before Canute jumped to save him. Thorfinn had no chance with Askeladd the man was beast in duels, fighting multiple men, mind games and tactics, Thorfinn's simple self had no chance killing this man.

Canute did a brilliant job with the act, good on him for saving Floki and not letting him die as he was an important piece in his fathers kindom and Canute obviously aware of that wants him alive for his Kingdom.

Is this Utena Revolution a good show? For some reason this Shoujo attracts me based on this cover

Its not bad. But its very very dated and a monster of the week special most of the time for sure. But its also just straight up good.

The tones are well put together, the depth is there, the aesthetics are still top notch.

Its just not for everyone. I love it, but I find it really hard to recommend.

Random af, but it's kinda dope that they mention Raspberry Pi on Dr. Stone. I'm digging this show thus far.

What I've seen of Utena was pretty good. As far as it being dated, that's part of it's charm to me. I came up on the 80s/90s/00s era of anime, so there's a bias there, although watching stuff like this in SD comes across horribly on a UHD TV.

If you don't care about following the original series/UC timeline: Wing is a classic stand-alone series. Gundam SEED was dope and and 21st century reimagining of the original MSG. It's sequel SEED Destiny got a lot of hate back when it was airing, I still haven't seen it. I've seen bits and pieces of MSG 00, and need to get back to that. Turn A Gundam is widely loved in anime circles and was directed by Kill em All Tomino, the franchise's original creator with music by Yoko Kanno, which is always good.

Uh what else? Most of the Universal Century Gundam series I love. The 08th MS Team and 0083 were some of my favorite Gundam OVAs. Of course the original MSG and Zeta Gundam (the series that earn Tomino the nickname "Kill 'em All" lol). Gundam Unicorn and Gundam the Origins were good. Char's Counterattack... It's 40 years of Gundam to choose from breh.

Also, while not Gundam, Overman King Gainer is another Tomino creation that I love from the early 2000s. It's nowhere near as heavy a lot of the MSG series.

Haven't checked out IBO yet though. I been slackin.
