Just watched DBS: Broly. A nikka almost shed a tear when it ended. Nostalgia overload. I've NEVER liked that nikka in the previous movies (sans the Abridged version of his first movie, that shyt is hilarious to me to this day). But I fukked with him in this one.
The Vegeta/Broly fight was straight piff.
Dope ass Dragonball movie, I only have a few gripes but those are minor. Toriyama's geriatric ass and Toei wouldn't know consistancy if it bit em in the ass.

For instance, Goku was a fukking newborn when he was sent to Earth but in this iteration that nikka was at least a few years old. Also Didn't Dende make it where Shenron could grant two wishes? What happened with that.

Rewatching The whole avatar series with my kids as it’s their first time seeing it (it’s anime as far as I’m concerned). I gotta say, Legend of Korra has some of the most amazing/beautifully animated fight scenes. TBH, I never noticed it on my first watch but each time a fight scene come on, I stop what I’m doing and watch in awe. I’ve certainly come to appreciate the majesty of its fight scenes.

I'm already up to season 2 ep 15. Its hard to not go on to the next ep
They're on the court, shyt feels like Im watching the best fights. It's tense and intense. More than a few times I been looking at the screen like

I havent felt this much dread when seeing a character show up since King Bradley. You just KNOW a character you like is about to get humiliated and murdered in the most stylish and flashy way possible. Even when Aomine BARELY wins, its harsh watching the reaction of somebody who went ALL the way out and couldn't pull a win off. Aomine joining my list of "Legit Anime Monsters" along with Bradley and Alucard. He be crushing they souls.
It's a great dynamic. You have 5 god tier players, a show would usually show all of these folks on the same team and becoming god tier. Being that they're split up amongst other teams before the show starts really drives the action.
On top of that, watching the other teams play, you really don't want anyone to lose. You just want to see how a team wins. Except for that Detroit Pistons fouling ass team. fukk them.
