Essential What Anime are you currently watching?

Lately I haven't been able to stand the dubs of alot of these anime. I don't know what it is but it seems like when I watch anime I need to watch it subbed. Like I can watch Samurai Champloo, DBZ, YuYu, and Cowboy Bebop or anything late 90s early 2000s.Now I can't seem to get into the newer shows dubbing. Whats wrong with me

U can tell from voice if its a good voice actor but also can tell by dialogue if its shytty translation
If a anime show has a dub I usually watch it after sub cuz it gives me a good idea if voices are good and dialogue is good cuz of Subbed version

I'm reading novels so I havent even seen it yet but I'm right around where it just came back on this season but this whole damn arc of alicization is dark as fukk tho
I know its vol 15-18 for this season and summer next 12 eps since they broke it down this time around 12 now 12 later

Started watching Seven Deadly Sins after I read the wikia and spoiled most of the shyt to see if it was gonna be worth it. Finished it today and......it was worth it. Reading the manga and this shyt still is and even after the spoilers. Iike all the characters in this series. Which is very, very, rare for me. Especially because there is always that one character that is either or. Not even the damsel aka the princess makes me feel that way.
Also Ban is a real nikka Kuwabara tier homie

Rewatching The whole avatar series with my kids as it’s their first time seeing it (it’s anime as far as I’m concerned). I gotta say, Legend of Korra has some of the most amazing/beautifully animated fight scenes. TBH, I never noticed it on my first watch but each time a fight scene come on, I stop what I’m doing and watch in awe. I’ve certainly come to appreciate the majesty of its fight scenes.

sadly the supporting characters fall so short in comparison to the OG. I actually like korra more than aang and tenzin and lin are strong supporting characters, but they can't make up for everybody else who gets so much screen time and fumbles it
