I enjoy the show a LOT but man do they be draggin the bullshyt out :mjlol:

It's like a much more nuanced version of what dbz was infamous for... that dog n pony show where it takes a full episode (or 5) to nudge a plot point that could've been done in 10 minutes.

But with DS there's enough tension/suspense to where it doesn't drag as noticeably, but by episodes end you still end up thinking back like, waitafukkingsecond?:dwillhuh:

Completed the manga of Ichi the Killer. Pure, unadulterated, lunacy, pretty much went through:

That Takashi Miike movie didn't do it any justice.

I get your point. I would compare it with MHA which also drags to make a point but expertly uses tension to make it work.

I rock with this show.

BTW, those who haven't been watching Dr. Stone, it's entertaining as hell too.

I'm waiting to binge on that but it does get talked about on here I've seen a few times outside of here it does alot I know also

I like it. It's refreshingly different. What action scenes there are are pretty good. It's actually cool that the story is pretty much focused on the bad guys.

You wanna hate the current main bad guy Askeladd, but it's so hard to hate. I keep comparing him to New Japan wrestler Tetsuya Naito, but it's really the only comparison you can make :heh:
