Essential What Anime are you currently watching?

I tried another time with Seven Deadly Sins with episode 2... I can't do these pervert trope/useless luscious female main character trope anymore, especially when the anime has nothing else to offer... I need to find a good new shonen/seinen to watch.

Part 5 of Jojo is done ..... sort of in my feels because I been watching this every Friday since October. The gang feels like my family now but it's over

Here are my thoughts:

- Damn... the beginning of the second OP is actually the ending of the series?? Pretty fukking cool... I just assumed that was part of Diavolo past or something

-I thought the ending was amazing and sort of anti-climatic at the same time... Out of the parts I have watched through anime.... this is my favorite ending fight/last jojo episodes.

- with JOJO being gone for a few weeks I assumed they were taking their time to adapt some huge battle between Diavolo and Giorno. That nikka Diavolo was murked as soon as the episode played. ... And then he just kept dying over and over again .... In hindsight, that type of death is unique and dope... especially for someone willing to murder their own child.


-Giorno at the end boss shyt.... If only abbacchio was alive to see this . He would be like

-I have always felt like even though Giorno was close to Buccarrtti, Mista is closer to Giorno. To me, it felt like whenever these guys would split up. . . .Giorno and Mista were paired together with the most... especially with goofy shyt where Narncia believes he's walking up on Giorno giving Mista head ....... So the fact that Giorno is the boss now and Mista is his right hand man is some good writing that took some time to formulate. But overall, great writing and a great choice by Araki.

-the fact that Polnareff is living in a turtle is so Polnareff... Araki always did wild shyt to bruh

-Trish is cool... She's basically the character that moves the plot.... the gang has to protect her for the boss... they find out the boss wants to kill her so they protect her against him and now that he's dead she can live on with her life and the story is over... but I felt like overall she didn't have a presence imo. Like Fugo got more tv time in the ending then she did lol. It just felt weird to me she sort of felt there sometimes since she was the reason why these dudes were putting her life on the line... Like does she still hang out with Giorno and Mista or not?

- Speaking of Fugo... I felt like Araki sort of made a bad creative decision with him in my opinion and Fugo being placed in the ending flashback was to make up for the fact he decided to not join the gang and was written off the rest of the series. I feel like Araki probably thought his stand's ability was to powerful and would have made some of the fights easy or unrealistic. Anyone else agrees?

-I'm still not on the logic of Buccarrtti dying but somehow lasting the last 15 episodes but I'll accept it because breh is a legend ........ That flashback showed me how charismatic and how much of a leader he was...

-Narncia death still hurts me the most since breh was only 17

-I'm not going to lie.... I thought the sculptor was Diavolo for the longest... dude looked exactly like him.. I liked the flashback ending tho.

-Is Mista the reason why Narncia and Abbi dies??

I like that they addressed that a character is usually the reason for their own demise. Bucciarati bringing in Giorno was their downfall. They had a lot of fun and accomplished a lot but sacrifices had to be made for their outcome.

Part 5 flashback ending gets me Mista was a rider. Narancia my favorite character of part 5 the Aerosmith runway

Jojo anime makes part 5 a ton better, this joint was the worst part of the series imo and it was absolute piff.​

Originally Fuego was supposed to come byke and betray the group and side with diavalo but Araki said he was going through some shyt at the time and felt that the squad shouldn’t be fighting each other sohh he cut that out.

Imma miss jojo tho part 5 was really fun to watch week to week. I hope we don’t have to wait too long for part 6 cuz part 6 is something else

honestly I think mista loyalty for buccarrti was the gangs desmise. If buccarrti picks up the rock and dies a peaceful death everyone's destiny wouldn't be changed. Buccarrti wouldn't have invited giorno to join the gang. Buccarrti wouldn't have challenged the boss... then he wouldn't have asked for his boys help... meaning they don't did

And that Togoro brothers comparison from yyh spot on. I knew diavolo death felt familiar. I seen a couple complaints about him dying forever. People believe this jojo part 5 is to dark. I don't think it's any darker than the other parts I've watched imo.

But yeah mista and giorno was swagged the fukk out at the end

that's how you know a writer loves his characters and his writing.. What's happening to him in real life is fukking up his creative process

In my opinion he fukked up not turning fugo.. would have been sort of uncomfortable to watch but that's what good writing is in my opinion.

Instead fugo is scratched off and I forget he's part of the show besides the recent mentions like the flashback

And idk if I can wait that long to watch part 6. I'm hooked on that jojo now.

I think his death hits me the most in the jojo series so far... dude life sucked and then he was murdered at the age of 17.. dude was so happy to think he could hang with fugo after the mission and ended up split open 5 mins later
