If you're watching Kaiji, you may wanna add One Outs. It's okay if you hate baseball. I hate baseball, too.

Have you watched any of the list i just mentioned?

I watched one outs! because i enjoyed liar game and wanted to see another series from the same author...man that such was a beast ass show...it didnt feel like i was watching a baseball anime. mans was gambling and having a psychological warfare.

You can't compare the two. The FMA manga came out monthly.
You can compare an anime to an anime. The manga release schedule is irrelevant to that. What really matters is Brotherhood was based on a manga that was finishing up at the same time the anime was while Boku no Hero who knows when that finishes?

boku no hero gotta be the most overrated anime OAT, i think its aight but nikkas acting like its FMA: Brotherhood tier :gucci:
Right place, right time for Boku no Hero Academia :yeshrug:. Superheroes are super popular rn and Naruto left a wide open slot in the shonen space, shyt was bound to take off. It's a bit generic but the anime elevates it :manny: - the manga has better art but these animated fights :whoo:.

Shame One Piece never quite took off in the states, that 4Kids fiasco really put people off of it here it seems like :francis:. I'm about to start reading it from the beginning and enjoy all the piff :blessed:(Used to read it sporadically years ago) - miss me with those 1000 episodes though :hubie::mjlol:

You can but you shouldn't. Different circumstances govern all kinds of shyt.

I mean, weren't we all just talking about how Tokyo Ghoul fukked itself by going off the rails and adhering to an unrealistic schedule demand then ruining itself? Little stuff like that matters. Boku's as good as it is because its NOT cannibalizing itself like many other titles have. Its obvious how average it is. It just looks good, has enough time to show off the soul that's been put into it, and people are taken in by that because its fukking rare these days.

What do you guys think about Boko No Hero? I've been binge watching it and it's dope as hell. Incredible animation. Best supporting cast right now, reminds me of the OG naruto before it got ridiculous with the power ups.

Its actually really good just the main character is so p*ssy sometimes. Too much inner dialogue and talking and crying...

But when the action is on its dope af. Supporting cast is dope af. Powers are pretty unique

I watched the dubbed version but the sub version seems to have more episodes out already

Just watched Gantz 0

shyt was dope. Story pissed me off in the end, but everything in the movie was great. Action, animation, etc. only thing was that these nikkas never seemed to pull the trigger

I'm watching the anime now. Its ok... Wayy too much dialogue

That's a running problem with every Gantz title. nikkas are talking, crying and screaming instead of bussin' their guns. :snoop:

And fukk that anime, breh. You gonna be so disappointed by the end. I'd tell you to read the manga but it ended in a trash way too :hhh:

I think what carries BNHA is it has a ton of heart. Deku is mad endearing and you can see the makings of a great hero all over his character. You just wanna see how he evolves from there. Also it does well with the philosophical side of super hero stuff. It's just hard to care about that type of thing since those themes are beaten to death with the superhero overkill here in america.

Im in the second season. They're short so I can fly through it while doing other shyt since Im watching it dubbed

The movie was flames minus a few small details. Anime is just alright... Entertaining though but frustrating at times.

But yeah, they all act too bytchmade to pull the trigger and they do a lot of talking and hesitating before doing real shyt. Tall dude especially acting like a superhero trying to fight aliens with just his bare hands

like just now, I'm watching them fight the giant statues and they literally sat there talking and contemplating on whether or not to shoot the fukkers before they started moving :hhh:

Me I wouldn't even hesitate to shoot shyt...

But thats my problem with a lot of Anime. Action and fight scenes/animation be flames. shyt be funny af too, but they always ruin it with pussified acting protagonists that like to run they mouth, have monologues, cry, and go to flashbacks right in the middle of fighting.

Thats not it to me

To me, I just want Deku to stfu and start bossing up.

Past few episodes he's been more tolerable especially since he's learning his powers (still only using 5% :wow:)
By the time homie gets to 100% it will be on the 15th season or some shyt
