over and the series is moving on to Alfheim Online which is a different MMO. apparently there are 2 more MMOs that follow that one. like i said this is contrived melodrama. the reason for going into Alfheim Online is dumb as hell but i guess you have to ask yourself why would Kirito go into another MMO and its obvious why he would. when Sword Art Online ended the series should have ended. why the hell would they keep going into different MMOs when the goal was to get out.

not really a major spoiler but gives a general direction where things will go next.

Yeah but it would have been OOC if he did (according to the writers). Shichiro was supposed to be a pure dude.

I'm actually glad he went out without knowing, dude was ready to kill him self when it seemed like his son was Kira. I mean after all he did tell his Light that anyone who used the book was evil and would never be happy. Dude was committed in not taking that route.

You'll probably change your mind and see what I mean by the end of the series

The series itself is real old. The previous anime only showed the most popular part of the story.
