In middle school here in Houston, all the other Hispanics used to shyt on the Mexicans for lowkey being trash at soccer.

Canada ran through Concacaf, finished 1st overall and beat both mexico and the us, had the best goal differential, and scored the most goals while giving up the least

Also Alphonso Davies is miles better than any American, and theres a few more Canadians you could make the same argument for

Yeah historically Canada hasn't been good, but at this moment? Its not really close. Mexico has an argument but Canada is better right now and the results reflect that

Grown up in Texas....knew this shyt back in middle school.

The problem they have is raw athletic ability. The South Americans and Euros have a lot of brehs and Northern Euro whites with more speed and athletic ability...more size and the same or better skill.

Mexicans can do well in boxing because of weight classes. Baseball is all skill so that too. Running...they actually (the Indio ones not the Spanish Mexicans) have natural endurance ability because their ancestors lived in the mountains....but they can't touch the East Africans.

Not skilled enough to handle Argentines but not gifted enough to handle the French, Germans etc.

LOL there was one game out of 14 in cold weather
