What stopped him from doing some of his more outrageous ideas was staff that simply didn't listen to him or implement those plans. In a 2nd term, those people will be gone and replaced with Trump loyalists who won't get in the way. They are already vetting people this. It's been reported.

It was also reported by former Trump people that if he won re-election in 2020 they had some real Executive Orders and unconsititional plans ready to be implemented ASAP.

This is a fake gotcha question, but a more broad response is that Trump will do what he wants because he's a wannabe autocrat and the GOP won't challenge him, while any normal President actually respects norms, boundaries, limits of power, etc.

He might beat the classified documents case because the inexperience judge was appointed by Trump and at every hearing has been favorable to Trump and against DOJ. It seems like she is working to delay the case until after the election and the jury pool might have some hidden MAGA people on it since its Florida. Or they may be influenced by the judge.

I think he will be convinced in the DC case trying to overturn the election.

I'm not confident that he will actually end up in jail or prison. A secret service agent would have to be with him at all times since Presidents get secret service for life. I can see him sentenced to some kind of home confinement and a hefty fine.
