Cops were going into residences and deploying tear gas but what did we do?

Who we shooting when the family members of the victims are handing out forgiveness like free Icees at Ritas?

Eric Garner got choked out on camera and the coroner said it was murder, what happened after no charges were filed?

White vigalantes help police pin down black people while other black people stand and watch, but we bussin back now?

Brehs holding "we shoot back round here" signs but no cops got shot?

These white preppers/militiamen are strapped better than many police departments and they're not tweeting about it. There's power in silence. Social media got younger black folks more concerned with letting people know they have a plan than actually implementing said plan.

I think it's good that this is at least out there. There has been a *ton* of racial incidences to digest over this past year, and even though I am often frustrated at our progress, I do get a sense that we keep inching closer and closer to...something. What that is, I do not know, but more people seem to be "aware" than I've seen in my short lifetime. Do I think we are going to have armed guards on every street corner? No. But with an election coming up soon, now is definitely the time for us to mobilize around these issues.
