Calling Wall a poor man's Russ is a huge oversimplification. They have different games.

Wall is more of a pure point than Russ, he looks to pass more than shoot, and has a better handle. Russ is more athletic, worse handle but better finisher because he can (or use to) finish above the rim. Less skilled but the better player in his prime.

Now that Russ is losing some of his athleticism Wall might be a better player if he's actually healthy.
You dummies just say things. Russ was dominating the league in points and shots created by a wide margin for several seasons before joining Harden. And just last season he was outrunning 19 year olds with the ball and dunking on 7 footers. There is literally nothing that John Wall is better at. Stop with the made up labels like “pure point”. Russ gives you better playmaking while also dropping 30 a night (just came off his most efficient season of scoring), rebounding, solid defense, and most importantly on court energy.

Hey

it’s the Coli

they HAVE to stick to the narratives and talking points.

Never mind the fact WALL HASNT BEEN HEATHLY IN TWO YEARS, can’t shoot, and has never won anything.

he’s beloved around here for some reason while Russ who has been MUCH MORE productive through out his career is hated :yeshrug:

russell westbrook has like 10 seasons in his career better than John Wall's best season

John Wall is not a winner (couldn't even win on a stacked kentucky team)
John wall can't stay healthy
John wall is 30
John Wall doesn't plays defense
John wall can't shoot

Even if John wall is john wall of 3-4 years ago, he's only gonna put up 20 and 7

Do you nikkas read posts or skim through them?

I said Russ is the better player at his best but they have different games. Wall is more of a pass first point guard. If you don't know that, you don't know basketball.

Yes, I read your drivel nikka. And I'm saying Wall isn't more skilled than Russ-- he never has been. The point being made is that there's literally no OBJECTIVE metric for you to say that. NONE.

Bruh John Wall has never been on Westbrook’s level. This shyt is comical. Westbrook won an MVP award. John Wall been All-NBA 3rd team once :russ: The Westbrook hate here is ridiculous the man averaged 3 consecutive seasons posting triple doubles :picard:
