Lets be honest now, the beautiful to ugly ratio in Cape Verde is much greater than the beautiful to ugly ratio in Somalia and Ethiopia. Don't get me wrong, I find east africans to me some of the finest women in the world, but Cape Verde has finer quality women, I think.
