This is me right after the draft 3 years ago, so like I said you gonna have to clarify on who this ya'll is

1. Told you MJ was the best corner of the 3 which he was that year
2. Told you I wasn't big on Carr OR Claiborne and now ya'll want both of them gone :heh:

So how ya'll feel about my boy MJ wanting a trade. I know CB was a big need for the team, I'm just not too crazy about Carr or Claiborne (hopefully they'll prove me wrong). When its all said and done a healthy MJ is probably the best cover corner of the 3.

The same nikkas that big up the Morris Claiborne pick are the same nikkas that big upping this pick. :mjlol:

nikkas will never learn. :francis:

At least Claiborne went up against better talent in the SEC verses Julio Jones, A.J. Green, Alshon Jeffery, Randall Cobb, etc.
And look at him now, I swear some of y'all just want this pick to fail because it wasn't who you wanted. I wanted Brown but i'm willing to trust the front office and see where this goes, because while we all watched a 2min highlight clip on YT these scouts watched hours of film provided by colleges.
bruh i just watched tape for the first time on this nikka and holy shyt were fukked, the only good corner in this draft is kevin taken by houston.

byron has no hip flexibility whatsoever good god what an awful pick
Big corners tend to have stiffer hip movement so that's not at all surprising, as for Kevin being the only good corner:mjlol:

These are the same scouts that had Claiborne rated as high as Deion Sanders. :francis:

Picking a corner in the 1st round is asinine. This is another dumb pick that will set us back.

Jerry love for cornerbacks is killing us.

Overpaying a 3rd string CB in Scandrick over Mike Jenkins in 2011 was:francis:

Giving Pro Bowl money to an overhyped non-Pro Bowl free agent CB in Brandon Carr was :francis:

Drafting an overrated CB in 2012 with the 6th pick when you needed help on the Front 7 was :francis:

Causing your team to having one of the worst pass rush in 2014. Because you tied all your money into corners and not having enough to keep Front 7 players like Hatcher, etc.

Also, putting all this money into these overrated corners. Caused you to not have money to sign a true Pro Bowl free agent corner in Antonio Cromartie this offseason. Who said he wanted to play for the Cowboys and would take a pay cut to do so.

So, what you do to fix this problem from happening again..........

Draft another damn overrated corner in the 1st round. :mjlol:

You do know that this scouting department didn't make those picks right? Thaw was all Jerry. The list you made is more of an indictment of the old regime and why it had to change, once Jerry got out of the way and let Mcclay & others do their job things improved dramatically, everyone wants Gregory and at the right price so do i, but a 1st rd pick for a guy too stupid to away from weed before the draft:whoa:.

Why didn't we draft Malcolm Brown
Some one pointed out that our secondary was in worse shape than we originally thought. The only hole we have in our front 7 is one DT spot once Hardy is back. Our secondary however the only for sure is Church. Mo is ass, Carr might be gone. So we're left with White, Scandrick, Jones and Claiborne

I agree wit u breh but our Secondary is in worse shape than our DLine. Carr will be gone next year as well as Claiborne. Therefore, we would have to draft a corner next year or overpay for one in free agency. I am critcizing Jerry for the wrong moves in trading up for Claiborne and overpaying Carr more than taking this guy, because those were the wrong moves imo. On top of that, Oscan is holding out and wants a new deal as well, and Jones was a top 15 player on their board.

How is our DLine in better shape than the secondary? QBs were having all day to throw last year. Maybe the recurring theme of CBs looking bad is due to the fact that the QB is never getting touched.

The FO did well the past few years, so I'll see how this guy pans out, but I don't really see what this guy is going to do that Carr and Claiborne don't. He'll get roasted just like Carr and Claiborne since no one is touching the QB. Maybe if we'll play him at safety.

Umm maybe you missed the fact we picked up probably the best 4-3 DE in the game, Crawford is up and coming and will beast at the 3T, and Lawerence came on strong in the playoffs and word his he has gotten bigger in stronger this offseason.

Our secondary consists of:

A corner scheduled to make 11m this year who is massively overpaid and stealing money who refuses to take a pay cut

A corner who is sitting out in hopes for a new deal. He may not even show up at the start of camp

A 1st round bust who just had possibly the worst knee injury possible that didnt show any flashes when he was healthy

A 4th Cb that Saints fans were happy to get rid of

Now u tell me which unit is in worse shape :comeon:

Because Lawrence missed most of last year. Because we didn't have Hardy last year. That's a good starting point to consider.
