The frustrating thing is he's exactly the player that would've put us over the top during our contending years. Even now I believe his addition (along with Conley and Gasol) would make us a 50 win team again
Unfortunately there's no way he'd stay with us though so I wouldn't do it
Was really hoping that we got off of that Parsons contract tonight...
Jackson Jr maybe allows Grizz to look at trading Green for cap space?
Staying put with the roster we had last year and just adding a skinny rookie that’s at least 3 years away and possibly losing Tyreke is super disappointing
Grizz are boring and have way too much faith in Gasol and Conley. This was a time to shake shyt up and either build for future or try to grab a fringe Allstar to make a last run with veterans.
Now we have a big pile of mix match pieces and no identity.

They still can make a deal. Could have possibly drafted Jackson for a team. Just gotta work out the details.
They just want to keep a winning team out there. If healthy I think the Grizzlies make the playoffs and they fine with that. They gonna have company now with Penny leading Memphis. now.
