I don’t think KD is the answer. Plus I think Houston will either offer a stupid deal or the Wolves are going to make it happen and then offer KD partial ownership.

I’ll keep saying this but for the Knicks I think they would better getting a guy like Yabusele if he becomes available. He’s averaging like 11/5/2 off the bench for Philly, but what he does we need on the Knicks.

Move Hart to the bench and you got a 9 man rotation with Hart, Deuce, Yaba, and Huk off the bench. That is a legit contender. If either MarJon or Dadiet figure it out even better.

That’s still a second round exit.

This makes sense coming a Cam Reddish stan
nikkas been telling us forever, that there’s a difference between the playoffs and the regular season, an blonde that were an established vet team, where we’ve seen everyone on this team PERFORM in the playoffs, I’m supposed to just believe this team is going to roll over because they played poorly in games that meant nothing?

i think ppl are forgettin that thibs just signed a 3 year contract lol even if we get swept by the pistons, he isnt getting fired. He definitely isnt getting fired for losing to the world champs.

Only one that would consider making that call is Dolan, and he has stayed out of all that stuff. We will make trades and he we will get another year or 2 if we embarrass ourselves.

I don’t think so. For one the Celtics are not going to have that same roster next year, and the Thunder might have to break up their rosters too, but can push that off until that 2026 offseason.

I am forgetting Wright and Kolek.

The Knicks are built a certain way now because Brunson took that team friendly deal. Things are rough now, but the real benefit of that deal kicks in next season. The contracts align just right while every other team’s doesn’t.

That’s why you move him to the FO. Also we seen Dolan fire coaches the year after a contract too. Malone just signed that new contract and is out there, and Lowkey he might give the Knicks a little discount since he is getting paid from Denver.

I like the fact that we're underdogs, I've seen people saying that the Pistons got the best player in the series (Cade). Folks were talking like this last year vs Philly.
For me it’s not a matter if we beat the pistons, it’s how fast we beat the pistons. If they take the Knicks to 6-7 games this was a good year for them. If they take us to 6-7 games and we then lose to the Celtics, this was not a good year for us. If the Knicks win their final game they have improved their record by 1 game after trading their second best player, another starter, and five 1st round picks.

If you don’t think Thibs is on the hot seat your purposefully ignoring the signs.

:what:

that were an established vet team, where we’ve seen everyone on this team PERFORM in the playoffs,

That line of thinking works for teams with championship pedigree. This core hasn't even made a conference finals appearance.

Yeah. It matters when you get dogwalked in most games vs top contenders in the same maner. 0-10 vs the top three teams including . 15-23 vs teams with a >.500 record or better.
