Focus on lowering your uric acid levels through your diet. Also protein is a no go,alot of those swole nikkas you see in the gym are in for a rude awakening if they arent gaining from purer methods. The good thing is you can reverse a fatty liver if you have one.



Try intermediate fasting where you only eat in a 6 hour window,well before you go to sleep and drink plenty of water. Your body is trying to regulate itself.

Also our spiritual guru teaches you NEED to be out in the sunlight. Studies have shown that sun exposure helps decrease high blood pressure. Which is obvious to anyone who understands melanin:respect:

Mon-Fri on average is a lot of protein, started cutting back on fried stuff years ago.
Are you sleeping well and working out?

I got my blood pressure under control just by sleeping a solid 8+ hours per night and cutting back on salt. I was working out a lot but barely getting sleep working two jobs. So now I just have the one job and it's worth it. I eat fried foods whenever but I don't use lard. I use peanut oil or corn oil but I'm switching to an air fryer soon.

changing your diet and exercising like many posters have already suggested is great, but you should consider your own mental health as well.

being online too much or engaging with too much negativity can spike your blood pressure too. studies have shown that a lot of high BP/hypertension in black people is linked to racism* as well, and everyone knows how awful social media is with that

id suggest a short water fast and maybe consider picking up something like meditation or yoga. make sure youre getting enough sleep, and pick up some daily multivitamins. and make sure you get generic vitamins, the name brand tax is real

Eat less sodium, if you can’t just eat less

Also eat 400 grams of watermelon and some kind of protein for breakfast

Take 10 grams of an indica gummy before bed as well if you can :mjgrin:
