On and off I’ve been up for the past 33 hours and just in auto pilot. Might have to take off some time from work and reroute the diet

Just glad I’m getting it under control ya’ll be blessed.

This happened to me about a month ago,, was eating like shyt after years of eating clean,,

Copped a pressure cooker for diet
I use my oculus vr for cardio,,, mainly boxing,
I drink plenty of water now,,

Im okay for now, I stopped eating processed foods again,, one Marie Callender’s pot pie was over 1000 mcg in sodium,,

Its the anger issues driving it most likely. Im close to 190 weight wise and I turn 40 next year



Yeah my girls Uncle got a spare I can pick up.

I feel bad cause she was at the doctor with me and when the results came back she started crying.

But I’ll get it under control. I know it

Start of cycling 10 minutes a day man. That makes it easy to stay on track. Then move up to 30 minutes, then 45 minutes.

Great thing about cycling is how low stress it is and bring outside does wonders for your mental health.

Gotta make self care a priority. And I’m talking about your mental more than anything else. I was going thru a divorce years ago and went for my annual doctor visit. My blood pressure was high. Thing was my diet wasn’t too bad and I exercised regularly. Drink on the weekends. It was all stress. Get a therapist and get massages and shyt. Meditate. My blood pressure is normal now and I know it’s due to taking my mental health seriously. We black men. We put up with more bullshyt than most

Yup.

Read a book (On my laptop). Did some coding learning. And listened to music for an hour.

I wasn't tired but I had a choice either sit on the couch or at a desk and do it or burn a few calories.

Ain't even no excuses why you can't.

You can walk while you figure shyt out.
