Depends on what hispanics you are talking about
White Cubans in Miami, and White Mexicans in parts of texas, have a higher wealth level, but if you look at Caribbean/native latins in NYC, Boston, Philly, and D.C. they are poorer or equal to blacks, and the same with some Mexicans in California, specifically L.A., and places like Oakland
You also have to take into account a lot of them live in the same household, and that also helps with an increase in the wealth of each household. Most blacks don't have tons of people living in one house, unless they are poor. In our culture once you get money, you get your own.
Hispanics is a broad term, it's when you break things down that you start seeing its still about race with them as well
