:martin:I'm more disgusted at Cal for losing to FSU than to the team in Coral Gables.

Could've seriously had Norvell and FSU sweating for their 1st win of the damn season versus Charleston Southern in late November.

Is it really overrated with a 6 week sample size? These teams are what they are now.

- for the love of everything, Tessitore (Louis riddikk too) should be kept away from an announcing booth. This mf will cyse everything no matter how small like it’s never been seen in the history of the sport

- I miss Andy Kotelnicki in Lawrence. :sadcam:

- SMU is two recruiting cycles away from being a problem in the ACC

- weekly reminder that Matt Sluka played himself

- shocker…NCST is losing at half to Wake. Football in the state of NC is at its lowest in human history.

- Missouri has been yearning for an L this season. This aTm beat down should shock no one.
Add on as the day progresses…
What's going on in NC?

Are all the best players going to schools out of state....or has the talent dropped off?

Not with 12 teams. You can prob have up 2 three losses and be good if you from SEC or B10
This is EXACTLY why the invitational tournament is bullshyt.

It's designed to give the $EC (and certain B1G schools) a built-in cushion where they can fukk up several times but still have a decent shot at the crown.

Should have been all G5 + P4 conference champs = 9 auto bids. From there you have 3 at-large spots and the committee can stack the deck with SEC teams from there.

This model ensures one G5 team + all P4 champs....and then you got 7 spots that could be ANYONE. If more than half (7 of 12) of participants are "selected" it's not a playoff....it's an invitational tournament like the NCAA, NIT etc. They don't want a playoff because you can't stack the deck. There will always been a handful of B1G and SEC schools that a committee can talk itself into voting for.
