It's year 5 bruh. It looks worse than his 1/2nd yr where he won 3 & 5 games respectively. He's had the same OC/DC for the entirety of his tenure. Teams win games with subpar QB play all the time in CFB.

Thats a reach to justify your belief.. but yeah you can only if the players dont quit on the QB and a really really good run game to help move the chains.

Where is the justification?

Seasons 3 & 4 had a ridiculously and laughable schedule. Go chick if if you think I’m bullshyttin. And again, it’s damning when you come off multiple double digit win seasons and NO ONE pillages your coaching staff. They got by cause of the portal and bad schedule while disregarding HS recruiting. And there’s no one on that staff that can recruit outside Atkins and maybe Surtain (who’s the only person with some pull in state). I’m not pulling these critiques out my ass. The few pods I listen to that cover that team saying the same exact thing.

Their issue this season is way bigger than DJ. Teams who have no business gashing this team running the counter are killing them with it. Receivers aren’t getting separation. Backs have no home run speed. LBs are food against the wheel route. Every team has ran it on them this season. The DC who a lot of their fans wanted gone since S1, still there.
