They said the feds have mentioned no plans to fight against it, but just want to talk about it. But you know how that goes...

It will be illegal federally. so only the feds can arrest you for it, and thats all federal time and federal prison. state wise the state police will not be able to, basically the feds dont have the manpower to arrest the average user of weed. only the big dogs.

so its going to be interesting to see what their move is. my guess is they'll go after the biggest legal suppliers in the state, but eventually enough of a uproar and more states legalizing it is going to swing the tide. eventually im guessing they will have to change their stance.

Mass passed Medical I think too. So that's 3 states guys. But Was and Co are the 1st states to pass recreational usage. Finally Weed Smokers, we've made progress. All the Drinkers and Smokers can't demonize us anymore. Smoking Weed is not a bad thing, it's not addictive AT ALL. Though some can become dependent on it but it does have low withdrawals. There has never been an OVERDOSE on WEED in HUMAN HISTORY and we should no longer have to hide our habits in shame. If I can have a beer at the bar or a smoke outside. I should be able to sit in the comfort of my home and smoke an L or J and not worry about getting locked up. Give it 10 more years. Legalization is coming.
