Either way I think we need to let Spence clean out 147. He shouldn't even be thinking about canelo. That's all just hype on his part. He been saying that for years but they never really chase canelo like that. But canelo is not slow no matter who he's fighting. The only guys who's ever had faster hands than canelo was Floyd. And errols hand speed is nowhere near Floyd's. It's more like Danny Jacobs if anything. Errol isn't slow either but the main difference is that canelo is far more compact and fluid. His shorter stature will actually work in his favor because he's gonna be able to get inside and beat Errol to the punch every time. And that'll be the difference. Errol has to fix all that wild loopy shyt. He still has way too many moments where he gets lazy and takes unnecessary shots because he can't keep his form tight.

I will concede to this, because even Derrick James in the corner after round 10 said he needs to stop getting relaxed and playing around with Danny, because he let Danny kind of just work his way to winning two rounds(I had it 9-3 Spence this fight was over by round 6). The fight was basically over at that point, but I'll give you that he seems to get relaxed and coast after a while, probably because he be beating people so bad he gets bored.

Also I'm fairly positive Lara had much faster hands than Canelo as well. Lara's speed was noticeably faster than Canelo's as well that is why Canelo had so much trouble with him.

I think Spence would be a lot faster at 154 and 160 honestly. I think you only think he is slow because the fighters at 147 are fast for the most part, Danny is the one exception to that. Thurman, Porter, Pac, and Crawford are all pretty quick and since Spence is the more rangy fighter he is gonna appear slower than he really is.

Fannon did a livestream this morning and said he and Crawford sat pretty close to each other said Crawford seems like a real cool dude... he also said he was shocked at how small Crawford was. He has seen Spence in person as well as Crawford so I think it's gonna be pretty noticeable.

He looks small to me Which is why I’m looking at the matchup N what’s Bud goin do against someone with a Size advantage N can pop his ass from the outside with a good jab

One legged Benavidez went 12 rds for that very reason

Yup, and Crawford sets up his offense off hooks really not jabs which plays against his reach advantage sometimes. Spence has a way better jab than Benavidez, he'll bust you up with it you seen what he did to Danny not to mention he will catch your punches coming in because he gets his hands back into position quickly most of the time. His defense is being seriously underrated on here.

Some combination of Spence-Bud-Manny needs to happen at 147.

I don’t care about anything else

it’s a waste of
Time

I will include Manny, he deserves it plus, he isnt retired yet, let him have the opportunity to go out on top or to have a young future great retire him. I dont want to hear about all these other fights. and I like Keith, but he lost to Manny so he isnt in ANY equation.

He didnt whoop Keith, quite a few folks including myself thought Keith won. Close fight.

polarizing fight. yes, it was close fight that shows how bad Manny fades. but he put a beating on Keith those early rounds like no one else has. Keith has been hurt before yeah but it was crazy to me how Manny was beating his ass early. I was in shock.

Does Errol and Floyd have a good relationship still? I haven't heard either mention each other in ages. Floyd didn't even say a peep when he got into that car accident.
Floyd is probably salty he didn’t sign under Mayweather promotions, which was clearly for the best.

The thing is Keith I think Keith was overwhelmed with how fast on his feet Manny Pacquiao is. The way he was backing up lazily with his hands down was damn near disrespectful fighting someone who can close the distance as fast as Pacquiao, no matter how old he is.

In terms of fighters, possibly but them cherry picks at 140 prevented him from improving...

I'm talking Rod Salka & Herrera (Even though this kind of exposed him) back to back in his prime years...it's probably the reason why he struggled in his next fight against Peterson.

He took 2 steps back after beating Matthysse
Who should he have fought?

Errol is back with Blue Ray now, you'll see the return of his real power and he'll stop Bud within 8 rounds.

EDIT:

Errol with Blueray is a entirely diff BEAST!! Bruh use to get stronger as the fight went on and wouldn't even be breathing hard by the 10th. Errol was huffing by round 9 last night.
