Stylistically Errol would give Canelo hell bruh, the only reason Canelo would be favored is because of the size difference.

Errol schooled danny like I thought he would. But I still think he needs to get back to full health. He looks like he lost a good amount of muscle mass. His frame just looked frail to me. Looks very sucked up in the neck area and weak to the body. Let him rest up. Clean out 147 first. Then maybe think about canelo.

But moving up right now to fight canelo would be a bad move. I just think canelo is all wrong for him. I always have. He's not gonna be able to walk canelo down. On top of that he don't even got the speed advantage. Usually the smaller guy has faster hands to offset the size difference but that wouldn't even be the case here. Spence telegraphs his shots too much and his defense can be spotty. His saving grace might be the jab but canelo's counter punching will probably have Spence reluctant to throw it anyway.

When you're the smaller guy going up against a fighter who's more technically sound and also faster than you it's gonna be a tough night. Canelo to me is just the better fighter period. Forget the size. Better defense. Better speed. Better counter punching. Canelo is more compact and fluid in them exchanges. He's gonna catch Spence with something nasty and it'll be lights out. This is a whole different level than anything Spence has experienced. Errol has canelo #1 p4p for a reason. He's been a fan of canelo from way back. He knows he's gotta be at a different level for that fight. Nobody should wanna see that fight happen right now. It'll be hopkins-trinidad all over again. Only the knockout will be far more brutal.

It's not too much at all. Canelo only struggles with guys who are slick and fast on their feet. Errol Spence is not that. He's the opposite of that. Errol Spence is tailor made for canelo. They're both great fighters but style wise Errol Spence just does not match up well with canelo at all. That's very obvious. If guys like Danny and Porter were able to land clean heavy shots on Spence imagine what canelo will land on him. When canelo hits you clean you're not just shaking it off.

But if you wanna explain to me in detail how Spence can beat canelo I would love to hear it. I respect opposing views. But as of right now he's not beating canelo. Spence wouldn't be the same after that fight. I wanna see Errol retire healthy and continue fighting guys around his size. There's plenty of great fights for him at 147-154. No need to do some crazy shyt and fight these knockout punchers at 160. His style is not suitable for that weight class.
