Stylistically Terence would give Spence hell bruh, the only reason Spence would be favored is because of the size difference.
They think his combos speed count for his speed..Spence has the stamina over Canelo..really after round 6? I think its a wash...because isn't gonna land those heavy handed counters people are used to seeing him land.
Well because slow ass GGG jabbed him up all night...Spence has the range and mobility to box Canelo up. He's been fighting guys with no athletic ability for years now. 6 years and counting....
You're the first person I ever seen call canelo slow. That's always canelo's main advantage against anybody from the jump. If canelo is slow then Spence is definitely slow. But the main issue between them is that Spence telegraph's his shots way more. Spence throws every shot at the same speed. Canelo mixes it up. And in exchanges he's much sharper and compact. Spence throws big looping combinations. That's why he gets caught so much.
.......let him get past Crawford first. That's another steep hill for Spence to climb. Another guy who's faster and sharper than him. Truth be told I think bud would give canelo a much tougher fight at 160 than spence. But that's neither here nor there. Let Spence handle business at 147. Canelo shouldn't even be on his radar. Derrick James is not letting him fight canelo anyway. There's no point even debating this.
Canelo has shown good speed..his last fight at 175? He wasn't the same fast handed Canelo. Definitely sluggish..let's see if he's like his old self against Smith in the lighter weight.
Crawford vs Spence is a great fight but Crawford is gonna end up getting hurt. He fights fluffs and no contenders. Its kind of sad really.You guys really wanna see spence get hurt out here
Either way I think we need to let Spence clean out 147. He shouldn't even be thinking about canelo. That's all just hype on his part. He been saying that for years but they never really chase canelo like that. But canelo is not slow no matter who he's fighting. The only guys who's ever had faster hands than canelo was Floyd. And errols hand speed is nowhere near Floyd's. It's more like Danny Jacobs if anything. Errol isn't slow either but the main difference is that canelo is far more compact and fluid. His shorter stature will actually work in his favor because he's gonna be able to get inside and beat Errol to the punch every time. And that'll be the difference. Errol has to fix all that wild loopy shyt. He still has way too many moments where he gets lazy and takes unnecessary shots because he can't keep his form tight.
