Thank God Carson not out there.

Dillard got Kessler blasted:huhldup:

actually, that play wasnt on Dillard, it was the guard and Kessler

Kessler called empty protection and the Jags were doing a cross dog blitz, Dillard was suppose to block the inside...Kessler made the protection call but was a dumb dumb and didnt see he was hot- he should have got the ball out

Yea I heard Dougie P say it at the post game presser. He either should have got the ball out quick or fixed the protection to account for the free rusher.

But watching that live yesterday, it looked like Dillard blew the assignment on the outside. The hit Kessler took, That shyt wasn't pretty at all.

I thought the same as you did...then I saw Doug presser and there were like 3 former and current NFL offensive linemen who said that play was all on the QB and Dillard did the right thing...I was like...they know better than me :yeshrug:

Off topic but I remember one of your brehs going off on Harper and this vid made me remember that :russ:

Me and the breh @Jerz-2 . But mostly me raging and tagging him so I could whine at/with him. You know misery loves company. :russ:

I saw that shyt and then put 2+2 together since Charlie Manuel is back as the hitting coach.... all I could do was. :ohhh::ohhh::ohhh::ohhh:

:blessed::blessed::blessed::blessed::blessed:

ITS ON NOW!

Charlie byke!?! Bryce got 7 dingers in 9 games? Shiiiiiiieeeet. They putting that analytic shyt to the side and letting hitters hit. The pitching is still an issue, bullpen especially, but if you got that much damn firepower offensively, you can do a few things in late fall. :takedat:

EDIT: That video didn't even show the walk off grandslam. Just the heckler. But put it all together, its a good feeling if you rooting for the Phillies to do something.

The 2 project o-linemen they gave Jeff Stoutland are big as fukk but most importantly very mobile. What is that old wily fukker concocting? He trying to put some Jason Kelce clones out there or something?

Every single GM and coach is hoping they can get a Kelce clone. I hope we end up with multiple ones, to the point we can trade a few at a premium.

I gotta eat some crow, not like I've ever said one single bad word on Kelce, I just never have given him the credit he truly deserves. So because of that, I feel I've wronged duke. I don't know wtf we do without him when he finally retires, everything these OL experts keep pointing to is that he changes everything in a major way when he is on the field. I read something within the past 2 months about our w/l record without him as well. PFF stays giving him super elite grades as not only the best center, but one of the best overall linemen in the league.

Please Stoutland... make more Kelce's. :sadcam:

If there are 2 free rushers, one on the inside shoulder and one on the outside shoulder, Tackles are generally taught to block rusher to inside shoulder first. QB needs awareness to account for 6 rushers vs 5 pass blockers and he has to know which side pressure will come from. That's what makes great QB's special, they anticipate the pressure, maneuver in the pocket to buy an extra quarter second.

I feel like I'd rather roll with Clayton as a back up at this point but that's probably reaching.

Still though, not a fan of this signing.
