Anyway, I had a conversation with someone from my company (also black) just to see where he was with the Hogan shyt. Dude CAPED for this man like none other. Said he isnt racist and that he talks shyt about white people behind closed doors. I told him the company we work for would fire him in a second if he said some ill shyt ike that. He then talks about how Hogan is a big part of a childhood. I gave the fukk up. Dudes are brainwashed out here.

And the only reason that happened b/c WCW got called out for racism by a few wrestlers (I think it was settled in court) so WCW had no choice but to put the belt on Ron Simmons. Although the guys that called out WCW got blackballed from the industry.

Im pretty sure you can find “hulk-esque” comments in just about everyone on this sites posting history.
I understand people are hurt by his comments but i notice the people most upset by the comments dont know hogan personally.
Kamala. Tony atlas. Rocky johnson. Booker T. Stevie Ray. All of them have supported him and told stories about how he helped their careers if anything.
If hulk was a real racist id doubt hed attach his name to all the black celebs he did. From foreman to mr t to shaq to rodman. He woulda been like flair working with kevin green.

Like I said in my first post, Are we really surprised about Hogan being a racist or any of those guys from the 80's like Flair, Michael Hayes, etc.,? Long before that racist scandal I think we knew the writing was on the wall with Hogan being an outright a$$hole.
Look at the history:
-The phone conversation w/his son in jail behind the car crash
-The restaurant he owns in Florida w/the suspect dress code rules
-The racist outburst that got him put out of WWE
-The pump faking interview he did on GMA when could have tried to address the scandal head on but didn't.
The signs were already there with Hogan so I'm not surprised about him being reinstated to WWE because it's all about $$$. I started watching wrestling because of Hogan but as an AA I can't look at dude in the same light either. I really don't think Hogan at 60+ doesn't "get it" as he keeps talking about "Well I didn't know I was being recorded". It doesn't matter you just told a bunch of us how you really feel. So now he just gave any black fan of WWE the right to say "fukk HOGAN".

With Hogan & Vince I believe this boils down to money & image.
I ain't mad at anyone who chooses to keep watching WWE TV and I'm not mad at anyone who cancels their subscription to WWE Network either. The way I look at it, I don't have to watch Hogan on my TV every week anymore and he's too old to do anything of relevence in the ring.
I haven't watched RAW in 2 months and tbh 7 months into the year the overall WWE product has been ass outside of NXT. I'm really thinking about checking into some alternatives.
