Money controls everything. If we hit them in their pockets maybe they will listen. I was a WWE subscriber and regularly bought merchandise. I also sold my wwe stock(for a nice profit too). If every black person did this they'd feel their pockets become a bit lighter and then they'd get the message.

How much you sold the stock for? I sold my shyt mad early when it was in the 20s:mjcry:

why are people acting like people can't genuinely change or reform

Senator Byrd was a grand wizard in the KKK and then became a civil rights leader

Hulk Hogan was never on the level of the people above, his actions never showed him to be a racist and he's helped black wrestlers with employment and opportunities since he became a force in wrestling. It's very possible for him to acknowledge his ignorance and change those views internally.

Hmm, if I recall correctly Snickers was contacted during the Moolah debacle. Since WWE is tone deaf, maybe we should voice our concerns with their sponsors and partners instead.:mjpls:

In the description of that video, it mentions they've partnered with Special Olympics and Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health. Wonder how they would feel if they were reminded that the mascot for this campaign literally said "I'm racist, to a point, fukking ******s.":mjpls:

Just logged in and noticed that the video is now deleted

Imma pretend that my post somehow scared WWE to take it down

i think vince must have asked for some favors in the media because this story is not blowing up at all. i think the moolah debacle caused cokeboy to make some shadow moves.

Media loves hulk they want him to redeem himself. TMZ usually has positive coverage of hulk

If Hogan really wanted to change, he'd donate a quarter of that money he won to the NAACP, started doing charity work in inner cities, and started changing some time after the tape dropped. Some people are incapable of change. :stopitslime:

Peep the timeline:

WCW crowns Ron Simmons the first black world champion. Hulk Hogan arrives shortly after and we do not see a black man hold a world title again until THE VERY DAY Hogan makes his final appearance on a WCW broadcast
Timeline is way off, you're reaching.
Simmons was made champ by Bill watts ,which was in early 92.there were 5 title changes after Ron and his contract expired before Hogan s first match in wcw

James Ellsworth Reveals Details About Hulk Hogan's WWE Apology Meeting (AUDIO)
James explained Triple H kicked things off talking about the dangers of social media, as well as how easy it is for someone to film a person without their knowledge. Hogan then took the floor and apologized for the things he said. He also reminded the roster that he didn’t know he was being recorded when the remarks were made.

“For the most part, it seemed like everyone was very accepting of his apology,” said Ellsworth. Adding, “I disagree with what he said, but I do believe he feels sorry about it. I really really really do believe that. If I didn’t I wouldn’t even comment on this.”

James additionally says Mark Henry gave Hulk his stamp of approval, but it’s unclear if he meant during the meeting.
