Hulk Hogan was never on the level of the people above, his actions never showed him to be a racist and he's helped black wrestlers with employment and opportunities since he became a force in wrestling. It's very possible for him to acknowledge his ignorance and change those views internally.

If Hogan really wanted to change, he'd donate a quarter of that money he won to the NAACP, started doing charity work in inner cities, and started changing some time after the tape dropped. Some people are incapable of change.

Simmons was made champ by Bill watts ,which was in early 92.there were 5 title changes after Ron and his contract expired before Hogan s first match in wcw
