Hard to say.

TDKR had the slower build but it had to in order to introduce the new characters and the scale of the events.

Avengers was  from the first act on.. the action was relentless and it was legitimately funny in parts but Loki and the alien race never felt like a huge threat.

... the last hour of TDKR is maybe the most enjoyment I've gotten out of an hour at the movie theater in a long long time. From the initial Bane/Batman confrontation on it was :ahh::ahh:

I'm leaning towards TDKR but I also saw it last night. It's fresh jizz. not even crusty.

TDKR hands down...

Avengers was good, but to me was just a special effects driven movie (plus the wow factor of all the hero's).

TDKR had the special effects and the story as unbelievable.

I didn't buy that it took all of the Avengers to stop Loki, where as Bane...well ya'll saw it, he put in that work.

TDKR easily. I knew the Avengers were going to win the battle but I was unsure about Batman cause Bain's character sucked the hope out of you the deeper you got into the film. The Avengers just had better effects to the fight scenes but you could feel the impact of the fights in TDKR

I was like, "That's my Batman" from the second half of the film on :to:

Avengers was the first movie in the franchise, TDKR was the last, so of course it was obvious Avengers would win, but wait until they face Thanos I bet you it will be a different story.

Avengers was better same reason why Amazing Spider Man was better, their just better movies, better effects, everything.

Iron looks like Iron Man, he fights like Iron Man, he does everything you expect Iron to do, same with the other characters.

Batman does not fight like batman, does not move like batman, does not act like batman. That's the difference in the movies, Marvel actual converted comic books into films without sacrificing the look and feel of the characters, there as yet to be a Batman movie that takes him straight off the comic page and onto the big screen, Tim Burton 1989 Batman was probably the closests one followed by Begins.

Loved both movies....but I have to go with avengers
And it's all for minor reasons....I feel like the avengers felt more cannon towards the comics

With TDKR it's more of a offshoot retelling of Batman kind of like the earth one book...but not the batman of the cannon books....but regardless still great

But in all reality this is like picking your fav child

Don't understand why people on here don't understand this....and why it's so important to people who love the marvel movies
