I rarely check bags. I travel with a backpack and have never paid for a carry on with SpiritGot a carry on? checking a bag?
breh you're going to SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO from DC with just a backpack worth of stuff? Are you staying for one night or something? are you a cartoon character who wears the same clothes every day? What type of life do you lead?I rarely check bags. I travel with a backpack and have never paid for a carry on with Spirit
Real example of a common flight:
Seattle to vegas
Spirit: 189
Delta: 268
Fees for spirit:
Carry on = $35 during booking, $45 after, $55 at the airport, $65 at the gate
Checked bag = $33, 43, 50, 65
40lb bag = +50 more
Delta:
Carryon and overhead items = free
Checked bag = free in first class or any status, or $30
Seat selection for spirit:
Delta : free, whenever
refreshments:
Spirit - coffee $2, soda $3
Delta - free
Or you can bundle it together to get a respectable experience:
“Boost it” is actual standard flying. Still no refreshments but okay
So, for the same human experience you’re paying $189 + 52.99 = $241 IF you do the bundle in advance…if not its significantly more.
Delta = $268
I won’t miss the $20 for an infinitely better experience… You’re getting robbed on spirit
I’ve flown both. You really don’t want to talk this travel game with me breh..Take a flight on Singapore Airlines or Qatar then come back and tell me that
This was funny …but, my ngga why are you putting San Juan in all caps like that’s a life altering trip SJ is light workbreh you're going to SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO from DC with just a backpack worth of stuff? And, yea. 4 nights in SJ. Tropical locations are easy to pack for. ROLED UP trunks, shorts, basic t shirts, lil floral silk linen type collar shirts chinos, flat loafers, thin all white type shoes, only sneakers I bring I wear to the airport. The clothes say basic, it’s the jewelry and how it fit that make the look
Now I seent how you nggas dress on trips, y’all dress to impress nggas! So yea if you packing fitted caps and big goofy ass J’s then yea you gon need to check a bag.
I get strategic packing but breh is out here vacuum packing board shorts to save 'round of drinks' money. And trying to clown me like I wasn't in San Juan in February with like 10 people in a compound with 3 buildings and a pool in the middleYou Stuffing Clothes Into A Book Bag To Avoid Paying $30 On A Spirit Flight Why You Tryna Shiit?

i wasn't bragging, you're the one flexing about your frugal travel lifestyle like its a badge of honor. The caps wasn't about the location it was about the idea that you're putting a 4 nights trip worth of vacation clothes into an Eastpack. Socks shoes and draws alone, nevermind toiletries, but whatever man. Enjoy the one-meals worth of money you'll saveCongrats on the domestic travel bruh old San Juan or isla verde?
Dont get mad at me you the one hyped it ‘san JUAN!!?!? ‘
