I agree, but the problem is... who you taking off the field to get Keilan Robinson more touches?Krob has been grossly underutilized this year.

They’ve over used Baxter this year imo.I agree, but the problem is... who you taking off the field to get Keilan Robinson more touches?
as soon as Arch committed he should have leftHope Maalik lands on his feet at a good progam. I feel for him. But his advisors should let him know what's up. He has no chance with Arch here.
Maalik has been hurt all season, including during his two starts. Has had chronic back issues, and even with that Sark felt he was our best option after Ewers. The reason he didn't get in the game last night is because he got hurt in a sideline collision and had to go to the locker room. Sark isn't going to cave to the Arch pressure and will play the QB he thinks is best. So I think it's odd to say he has no chance when he got the nod over Arch this year as QB2. But unless we make a CFP run it looks like Ewers is returning anyway so not sure how much of any of this matters for next season.Hope Maalik lands on his feet at a good progam. I feel for him. Based off Ewers returning next season and the reaction to Arch’s appearance yesterday, I’d say MM’s opportunity here at Texas is slim to none. MM’s best chance to get pt was next year as a transition to Arch but that’s out there door now with Ewers coming back. Now he’s sandwiched in between that and Arch Mania kicking off. Just look at how BB is slobbering over Arch’s basic performance last night. MM did not get this type of grace.Maalik has been hurt all season, including during his two starts. It was easy for Sark to make Arch #3 this year bc MM was ahead of him on the playbook plus the Mannings said they were cool with Arch taking a RS year. I don’t think they’ll have the same patience to do this another year. All I'm saying is Sark isn't going to be pressured or forced to play Arch. Most thought Arch would be QB2 going into this year and he wasn't even really in the discussion. Arch will play when he is the best QB in the room and not due to outside pressure.
They don't really have a choice if Ewers comes back. At best Arch starts his RS sophomore year. But Sark isn't going to risk his job to please Arch or the Mannings, he'll play the best QB and if isn't Arch and he wants to transfer than he can go right ahead. Our football team can't be held hostage by the Mannings. It was easy for Sark to make Arch #3 this year bc MM was ahead of him on the playbook plus the Mannings said they were cool with Arch taking a RS year. From my understanding MM’s only advantage over Arch this season was an extra year in the playbook. Otherwise reports have been that Arch has outplayed him in practice. My expectation is Arch will pass him next offseason but even if he’s equal with MM, Sark will give the nod to Arch bc of the hype around him. I don’t think there Mannings are helicopter dads, but my guess is there’s a quiet pressure for Arch to at least get clean up duty next season. They don't really have a choice if Ewers comes back.
