Keep getting W's
Breh we've had this discussion. Ewers is mobile enough.@Numpsay That Quinn touchdown run is reminder of why I want Sark to recruit QB who are athletic enough to take advantage of designed QB runs.
Especially on defense. Rotating a ton of guys with seemingly no drop off on D.The depth on this roster...
What’s good with Watts? And Brooks looking like prime MBIIIThe way Gabriel launches it down field, we got to be crazy to play Crawford in that game. We got to let our front line safeties play the entire game. Kind of wish they got Derek Williams more PT today, he is my ideal pick to play next to Catalon. Don't those other two to keep plays in front of them.
Crawford is supposed to be the more athletic one. Catalon and Thompson have the instincts but lack speed, both are really box safeties masquerading as free safeties at times. If anything we need the DL to eat and not give Gabriel the chance to get those throws off.The way Gabriel launches it down field, we got to be crazy to play Crawford in that game. I feel you, but OU's offense looked so anemic against SMU & Cincy. UT has a better defense with more talent than those 2 teams, so you'd expect OU's offense in the RRS to revert back to how they looked vs. SMU & Cincy.Crawford is supposed to be the more athletic one. I don't think OU felt threatened by any of those teams going into those games. Without a doubt I'm sure they have some stuff saved for the game next weekend. At the same time they haven't played a team as good as us. So ultimately I agree with you.I feel you, but OU's offense looked so anemic against SMU & Cincy. Texas is trying to continue their 2023 momentum heading into this showdown with Oklahoma. Will Quinn Ewers play consistently and look like he did vs Alabama? Can Dillon Gabriel carry the offense to victory in Dallas?

College Football Nerds' analytical model has OU beating UT:
How accurate is it?
I'm pretty sure that is slanted due to OU running up the score against the garbage they've played.

These computer advanced stats models really like OU.
