I'm honestly indifferent to him leaving. Had high expectations when he was hired but dude is more talk than anything.

What was he expected to do. Worthy started focusing on NIL, Neyor got hurt, and the rest of the receivers were freshmen projects. Not to mention Ewers couldn’t hit the broad side of barn. J Whitt had a good season but that doesn’t count for some reason.

He is the position coach, he should have held Worthy accountable but instead he gave him preferential treatment. He was expected to show some improvement in the room and instead it appeared they regressed. His recruiting efforts could have been better imo and he basically quit doing his job when he thought he was getting the Tulsa job. I am not sad to see him go and we'll probably replace him with a better coach.

Yeah he should have but I feel sark plays favorites and wouldn’t have let him pull worthy even if he wanted to. And who regressed outside of worthy? We had to play extra tight ends and linemen just to get the run game going and to stop Ewers from getting killed. Also let’s not act like Worthy didn’t have plenty of drops last year. QB is also an important piece of the passing game and Ewers accuracy and ball placement left a lot to be desired.

Ultimately position coaches greatest skill is recruiting great players. None of them are turning water to wine.

It wasn't about pulling Worthy from the game. He gave Worthy preferential treatment in general. Ewers left a lot to be desired but Worthy obviously has issues tracking deep balls and he is a body catcher. Hardly ever catches with his hands. Tennis ball drill is an easy way to help cure that.

And I completely disagree with your position coach statement. Flood, Davis, Choate, Gideon all developed their rooms, and I can't point to numerous programs around the country where their coaches are just recruiters. You have to recruit and develop and not just recruit

Improves the safety room. Hope he can stay healthy, if so, he starts next to Jerrin Thompson. Let's hope we don't have to see Taafe playing meaningful minutes next year.

Man this basketball team is easy to root for considering what they've had to deal with this year. Great win.

@dtownreppin214 @Numpsay Thought's on UGA WR AD Mitchell who just entered the portal?:

CTJ confirmed a few hours ago or so that UT been working on him for 2 months. He said UT already have a scholarship & NIL money for him ready to go.

Despite Trey Owens commiting as the '24 class QB, UT is still inviting Deuce Adams to Junior Day:

I hope Sark offers him.
