All the commits are signed. Just waiting on Akana's decision and whatever is going to happen at WR.

WR coach has had a tough year man. On the field, off the field, and recruiting. Expected a bigger Marion impact.
With better QB play I think his group is just fine. Worthy had a better year with Casey Thompson as his QB who also played with one thumb for half the year, so that is saying something.

I think WR recruiting is headed more towards the transfer portal. We'll probably only take 2-3 HS recruits a year at this point. Marion also thought he was getting that Tulsa job and had one foot out the door.

Didn't realize he was a 5 star. I know there were some concerns if he is already maxed out. I believe he is 19 already. But his sister served for the volleyball national championship so we'll take him
I don't see him as 5 star on any service. He looks like he can add 40 lbs on his frame.

What @Numpsay means is that 247 has him as a high 4-star recruit & top 35 national recruit. I hope Akana lives up more to his 247 scouting report instead of his on3 scouting report.

@satam55
This is where I got the 5 star thing from.

@Numpsay Even PFF realizes how important mobile QBs are in the NFL:

Steve Palazzolo and Sam Monson break down what makes mobile quarterbacks so valuable and debate whether you need one to win in the modern game.

:francis: The only QB Sark has offered in the 2024 recruiting cycle, Trey Owens, is considered a statue in the pocket. I hope Sark eventually offers Deuce Adams.

I don't consider mobile and dual threat(your original argument) to be the same thing. It's a plus when your QB can be mobile, I don't disagree with that. I do disagree that we need a true dual threat QB. Out of the 4 cfp participants none of them have dual threat QBs. And only one of them even cares to make plays with his feet. And I didn't watch the video posted but thus far none of the QBs on the screen cap has won a SB.
