Psalm 23
Psalm 23

Simply put. A label can oversimplify a real object. If you label a person a terrorist, you've closed the door on him being a hero, a freedom fighter, a martyr. Depending on what side you're on, one side's thief is another side's Robin Hood
the spirit of judgment is one of consumptionI was telling someone about this last week and they asked me if I was high. Smh.
I was talking about how Africa was never known as "Africa" until the Greeks/Romans(white ppl) name it such. So when people hear the term/label Africa, it conjures up whatever. We've only been shown Africa as safaris, mass poverty, and half-naked tribal people. So therefore the label of "Africa" conjures up such images....but the word "Africa" never existed in the first place.
How different would we feel about our ancestors homeland if there weren't a negative connotation to it?
It's like a person changing from their birth name to another name. It often gives them a whole new perspective on life.
14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

The Lord is my Shepherd, I Shall Not Want
or
The Lord is My Portion, I Have No Needs
Any suggested readings on this?
Psalm 23
You could replace it with "Reality is my shepherd, I shall not want"
He’s not wrong though. Truth is everywhere.
I’m no Christian, but as a “truth seeker” how can I completely dismiss a book that influences so many around me. Whether I believe in the preliminary concept of not, the lives that it touches are connected to mine so I have to respect it enough to understand their point of view.
But to answer your question... you may want to check out The Secret and/or Think and Grow Rich. They are basic but deal with the concept of manifestation. Once I really started to get it though, I began finding this truth everywhere.
Yup. If a bad thing happens to you, and you get down about, and focus on the next bad thing, you think the world is against you -> and you become less resilient, and thus any bad thing that happens feels worse than it is, and you are less willing to figure it out and solve it.Luck is preparation for opportunity.
Many people don’t understand the law of attraction. They think it’s a matter of wishing for something. It’s more about a mindset. If someone takes a mindset of “I need/want money” they will continually find themselves in a state of needing or wanting money.
Our senses report our surroundings to our brains and then our brains determine what that means to us. So any situation we’re able to decide whether that’s good or bad. L for some people stands for loss, but for some people L’s are just lessons. Just depends on how you train your brain to react to it.
Mindset is everything because our brains determine our emotions. It’s not about wanting things it’s more about expecting things. Wanting is a position of need. “I want this” is stressful. “I got this” is peace.

what is religion? there is no person on earth that wont experience GodI don’t have a problem with Christians and The Bible got some real shyt in it but religious people like this dude are annoying and if anything make people even less likely to give it a chance.
A thread that started about spirituality somehow turned into a religious discussion, that shyt is wild
He been fukkin up the thread since literally the very first reply with random Bible quotes nobody asked for
Amon-Re "who hears the prayer, who comes at the cry of the poor and distressed...Beware of him! Repeat him to son and daughter, to great and small; relate him to generations of generations who have not yet come into being; relate him to fishes in the deep, to birds in heaven; repeat him to him who does not know him and to him who knows him ... Though it may be that the servant is normal in doing wrong, yet the Lord is normal in being merciful. The Lord of Thebes does not spend an entire day angry. As for his anger – in the completion of a moment there is no remnant ... As thy Ka endures! thou wilt be merciful![12]
thats egyptianLike I told you before, you being so obnoxious and trying to force these Bible quotes is just gone make people aggravated
I’m not reading any Bible quotes you post
They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.
I go no days without seeing the mark of the lords handiwork
