oh it's ok the shine the light on white male brutality while completely ignoring black male brutality against black women. It's completely forbidden to even mention how there were ten times the number of black males than white males who raped and beat black women without prosecution during those times. Let's not even begin to mention the SCORES adolescent black females who were raped and bought by old ass black men. (Alice Walker gave us a little glimpse of this in the color purple). Has black men ever protected black women? We were always and continue to be unprotected and undervalued by both white AND BLACK MEN.
