I just read he had 3 different injuries in 4 recently missed games. What the hell is that. It's a shame because American players need the new generation to reach the elite levels. Because players of Zion's ability don't come around too often, and they sure as hell don't ever wanna go to N.O. as a free agent.

The real crime here is, how they enabled his bad habits and didn't see this coming from Day 1. They should've altered his game the moment they drafted him, getting him to drop weight, forcing him to become a more perimeter-based player instead of playing in the paint all the time. His body was a ticking timebomb and nobody did anything to stop it from going off.

Everybody around him failed him.
