this 4 bedroom is 250,000 on the MLS right now, this guy talking about there's no inventory in Atlanta, I didn't even try to look like this
you broke, when you broke there is never a market for you anyway

Half of those on that list aren't even single family homes, at least half are condos and plots of land.........nonetheless, there is not alot of homes that are available in metro Atlanta fam. And going by listing sites aint accurate because some of those homes are sold before they are even listed. Some homes have 5 bids within a hour of them being listed. Your a goddam dummy. This is a 1300 square foot house smack dab in the middle of the hood thats 250k which kind of goes against your point. Only a fukkin fool will take a statement like there is no inventory literally. The lack of inventory is driving the price up. This house that you listed like you did something was probably 75k 5 years ago.
