That's what I'm saying you don't need a black Lex for diversity you can just use the John Stewart Green Lantern who has a rather sizable fan base from the classic justice league animated show from a few years ago.

It's like WB is going out of their way to fukk this up. You cast a damn bean pole as Wonder Woman and then go for a black lex and Latino Flash to add a fake ass sense of "diversity" when it's not needed. We ALL know these are Cac characters with years and years of back history and story lines dedicated to their Cac-ness. If you want diversity then use the fukking characters who are ACTUALLY racially diverse.

I honestly thought WB had a great idea with tying Arrow into the DC Cinematic Universe that would've made a hell of a lot of sense and given them at least ONE advantage over Marvel as Arrow currently is a stronger show than Agents Of Shield. But tha turned out to not be true and now their casting besides possibly Ben Affleck (whom I'll give a pass for the moment based upon his impressive career resurgence) is looking like shyt.

You can play around a bit more with TV than you can the movies. Creating a black character when there's a fully established catalogue of Black comic DC heroes that can already be used wouldn't make any sense at all. The John Stewart Green Lantern would be perfect

I never thought Lex was black because my earliest memory of him is Gene Hackman. Then ol boy from "Lois And Clark", and obviously Micheal Rosenbaum from "Smallville".

However, "TAS" he looked black. I don't know how anyone can watch that and think he doesn't look black.
