For me, it’s one of those movies that works until it doesn’t. All the characters are fun and interesting. The narrative becomes ass cheeks tho and then just a big ole mess

It works until it doesn’t. That's a spot on accurate 1-sentence review of that movie. I still think that should have used Assault on Arkham as a rough outline for the movie.

Weren't people shytting on every aspect of Suicide Squad on opening weekend?
All Deadshot was in SS was Will Smith being Will Smith. I think that was also acknowledged on Day 1.
I disagree about Harley. I thought Margot Robbie did a good job with the role.
And Viola Davis was good as Waller. Just wished that her role was bigger.
