why all these youtubers always on some "i have the way to make u lift stronger " tip. Like nikka, all u need to do is workout and eat properly and recover and you get stronger. There's no short cuts to these marathon goals.

There are still grown ass women/men who are scared to death of barbells and need someone to point them in the direction of the basics.
That's good shyt...I need to work more with dumbbells. My left side is stronger than my right due to a emergency surgery I had years ago. I think working more with dumbbells my left side won't be able to compensate for the rightSimple lift heavier weights lol. Eventually you'll plateau and gotta break through that
I used to struggle with 100 lb dumbbells now I toss them up for reps
I gotta grab the 120's now
