Boy shutup,telling these people to eat more carbs,it's more fat asses out here benching 315 than lean guys benching 315,and you know it. I have the same problem.thanks for the input. Bulking is hard for me and I literally have to eat a decent meal every 2 hours with my body type. That's too much of a job for me, I used to try and eat to get big but one bad week and I'm right back to my normal frame. I'm only focused on getting stronger now but I still make sure I get 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day..

What I am saying is the more energy you can store the more you can put out. Muscles burn carbs before they burn fat. It depends on how fast you want your bench press to increase.So what are you saying?

and those resistance band horizontal dips (but need a partner for those)
for me it was doing decline pushups on a hill...you feel like gravity is pulling you down the bottom of the hill making it harder to press
